The concert, which will start at 21.00 in Tenerife Auditorium, will have the worldwide live premiere of “The X-Files” soundtrack. Presenters for the evening: Nancy Knutsen and Andrés Brito.
FIMUCITÉ 3, sponsored by Cabildo Insular de Tenerife, will give tomorrow, July 24, the first of the two great concerts that the Tenerife Film Orchestra & Choir will play in Tenerife Auditorium. Mark Snow and the composer and director of the Festival Diego Navarro will conduct the scores of John Ottman, of the Academy Award winner Jan Kaczmarek, and of Snow himself.
Snow will conduct the Theme for “Millenium”, the worldwide live premiere of “The X-Files”: “Post Modern Prometheus”, “Surgery”, “Crossroads”, “Home again”, “The Theme from X-Files”, and the “End Credits” of “Crazy in Alabama”.
Then, Diego Navarro will conduct John Ottman’s "They'll Remember You"from “Valkyrie” soundtrack, “Silver Surfer Suite” from “Fantastic Four and Silver Surfer”, the “Superman Returns Suite”, and “Blue Core Pursuit” and “The End Titles” from “Astroboy”.
The second half of the concert will be focused on Jan Kaczmarek’s work. The Tenerife Film Orchestra & Choir will play “Impossible Opening” and “This is Neverland” from “Finding Neverland”, soundtrack which made him win an Oscar Academy Award, “Colloseum” from “Quo Vadis?”, “Unfaithful”, “ The War Passchandealle” from “Passchandealle”, and a selection from “War and Peace”.

The expert Manuel Díaz Noda and Varese Sarabande producer Robert Townson will give a conference about Jerry Goldsmith tomorrow at 17.00 in TEA.
At 18.00 there will be a round table with the guest composers and agents Clint Mansell, Mark Snow, Jan Kaczmarek, John Ottman, Robert Messinger and Ray Costa.
The film “The Thing from Another World” (1951), by Christian Nyby and Howard Hawks will be screened at 20.30 and “Alien vs Predator” (2004), by Paul W.S. Anderson, at 22.00.
